mobile ERP for College

I am looking for a developer to create a mobile ERP that can be used by colleges and universities. The ERP should have multiple features, such as Attendance Management, Course Scheduling, and Exam Management. The ERP should be developed for both iOS and Android platforms. I prefer the Agile development methodology for this project. The goal is to create a mobile ERP that colleges and universities can use to save time, improve education processes, and make administrative tasks easier to manage.
