make an app like uber eats

I'm looking to have an app built that is similar to Uber Eats. This app will provide users with an easy and convenient way to access restaurant-to-customer delivery. I would like the app to include a feature for in-app payments and be developed for both iOS and Android platforms. The app should also allow users to track orders in real-time, as well as offer loyalty programs.
