looking for senior developer in flutter to make mobile app for website

Story :
i have a website based on laravel PHP, Mysql and flutter . and i want to make it on the mobile app for IOS and Andoriod . all screen ready based on XDA has been designed. 2 Lang : Ara + En . the server is ready with me. and i recommend using GitHub . i will send you the link of the website to go over it . and i have APK demo for it

it can be developed over :
Flutter or Ionic

module to mention:
User :
- Registration ( 2 Type of user )
- Log in by OTP (mobile OTP ( firebase ) )
- Upload ID + photo in profile


Items :
- Add items ( 2 Types of items )
- Forms (data )
- Upload images
- Location of the added item
- generate and download PDF letter
- requesting the letter for ( items )
- generate QR Code for items
- workflow approval ( for add or edit or delete items )
