A loan issuing mobile app that reads users SMS upload to aws user for processing and give user his credit worth and allow user to borrow an amount.user registration should form part of the process

I am looking to develop a loan issuing mobile app that reads user’s SMS uploads for processing and gives the user his credit worth. Before users can borrow an amount, they should register as part of the process. The desired platform for the app is Android, and I would like for AWS lambda to be used for processing user’s SMS uploads. With regards to the credit limit, I don’t want to set any maximum limit.
