kotlin and blockchain developer required

I have my existing project, need to be add some features in my existing project... feature to add onto my existing Kotlin mobile application utilizing blockchain. The feature I need to develop is for monetization model integration, however I do not have an existing market for the app feature, and will require help in creating a market.Rest things i will explain whenever i will see bids on my project.
