iptv player tv and mobil app

I am looking for an experienced developer to create a mobile IPTV Player app and TV app that will be compatible with both Android and iOS operating systems. The app should have both live streaming and video on demand features, as well as user login and profile management features with parental control. The app should look modern, be highly functional, and provide a great user experience.
