iOS / android mobile app

I am looking for a developer to build a native mobile app for iOS first (and for android after).

I already have the design of the app and logo.

I value clean and efficient high quality code with error checking that is appropriately documented.

Language (ideally) - swift for ios (and java for android).

App to be completed/packaged such that it is ready to be uploaded onto the app/play store and help to do this please.

Background -
-Data entry app that allows users to add entries locally (offline) and then these are uploaded to an online server via a remote API.

Functions -
-PIN screen lock
-Data entry - store data locally in a database, search, manipulate data (edit/copy/delete)
-Upload data - send to remote server
-Download data - sync/receive data from remote server
-Settings page - username/password/updates/display

Please provide examples of previous work.

Please bid accordingly - state if this includes iOS, android, or both, and the expected timeframe to complete.

Bids ideally from UK/EU due to timezone constraints.

If you have any questions please ask.
