iOS & android and Control panel for a bicycle app

Brief requirements,
- it’s should integrate to a Locker device with a Serial number Including gps
- map to truck
-code reader that attached in the locker
- payment Apple Pay or card
-Control panel that track all the bicycles with a dashboard shows the payment ..etc.
