iOS and Android app for sending a userinfo message when you are calling or texting

Users log in and tell their name and phone number. It will be stored in a online database. When a user dials in a phone number in the app it will show a name if the other user have the same app. When calling or texting normal iPhone and Android will be used. The number is only a weblink so its not a VOIP service. When you click the weblink number a message will be sent to the other users app that you are calling or texting him soon. Next time the other user will call you he just clicks on your name his app. All incoming and outcoming messages is saved. Must put the app on Google play store and Apple app store.
