iOS Android app to check out materials from a supply center

I am looking for a skilled iOS and Android app developer to create an app that allows users to check out supplies from our supply center. The materials available for checkout are limited to supplies only. The app must have a barcode scanning feature to ensure accurate tracking of inventory. The app must rely on a backend inventory system that a power user(s) will have access to add\remove products from. Reporting from the system and the ability to email or export would be beneficial. I expect the app to be used by 50-100 users, so it must be user-friendly and intuitive. Ideal skills for this job include experience in iOS and Android app development, barcode scanning, and database administration.
