iOS/Android Expert Needed

we currently use a windows software. It is an ai vms that we use with our own hardware.
It has an app that works on iphone and android. The app is both outdated and missing key features that I would like to see added so I want to replace the app with one that has our company logo and the below improvements. The software, add a few features, and put our branding on the software. I would also like to create an app for both android and ios with our branding and have a few updates.
A few key points.
Currently the app that has the look and all the features i would like to duplicate is the Tinycam Pro app.
I would like to have all its features and add an Alexa Drop in button on the display while viewing cameras.
This needs to be verified before we move forward. This is very important feature.

Timeframe: 10 days-2 weeks, but we hope to get it done as soon as possible.
