gps tracker

I'm looking for a freelancer to design and implement a GPS tracker on iphone and android that can make data available to another application in objective c. It needs to handle all necessary permissions etc including getting permission from user to access gps. No 3rd party libraries or tools to be used, al native code on IOS and android. needs to work on all IOS and android devices for at least last 5 years. May also need to support our internat team as they integrate their C++ app with your objective C routine. I'd also like an estimate for an addiitonal routine to activate the Location service if the motion sensor detects movement and deactivate after a configurable time period. Many thanks.
