A good android developer who can deliver app in 7 days

I am in need of a skilled Android developer who can deliver a Social Networking app within a strict 7-day deadline. The app should have moderate complexity with some advanced features.

Design Requirements:
- I have specific design requirements that I would like to be implemented in the app.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing Social Networking (Voting) apps for Android
- Proficient in Java and Android Studio
- Knowledge of Firebase and other relevant APIs

You have to report daily basis over whatsapp and there will be calls to discuss app status. App performance should be good and size should be low
