fintech app

I am looking for a professional to develop a fintech app for me. The app needs to include payment features and should be available on both iOS and Android platforms. It will have a pre-paid creditcard issued by Mastecard that is virtual using google pay/Applepay/samsungpay. My preference is for a simple and minimalist design for the app. I require the app to have payments feature capabilities. Experience building apps as well as knowledge of app design and interface is a must. You must have experience in building a similar app or having a fintech background. I need someone who can handle the entire development process from beginning to end, including UI/UX design as a MVP/Prototype.
