ecommerce apps and website

Hello,I am looking for the coding of a mobile on-demand service app similar to doordash or Uber. The app will consist of GPS, Transaction method, Certain skills associated with worker end accounts, push notifications, rating system, a direct messaging option, zip code search when the consumer is looking for workers, and the worker's ability to be active and inactive. I was just wondering if you could give me an estimate on what the cost would be for the full coding of the app for IOS and android or one or the other.
