ecommence flutter app: update with features both on the website and mobile app

our company currently run an eCommerce multi vendor website and we need the following features to be integrated on the website and on the app. the app runs on flutter ;
location based product:
1. currently we have sellers in different geographically locations. we want customers to be able to select ads based on location and after doing so, all the products would be shown based on the customers selected location.
for example, USA : Washington , new York, Las Vegas. say we have sellers in all the locations and the customer just want to filter sellers only in Washington he would be able to do so and all products appearing on the app and website would be Washington sellers and products only: this is possible with the help of the sellers location in the backed of the seller
- sellers location would appear on the product page and also the search results page and home page just under the price of the products so users know where the seller located so they can be able to make wise decision before placing their order :
2. deep linking: currently the app doesn't have deep link feature
3. mobile app version for the website. the website is currently responsive but we want it to exactly look like the app when a customers visit the website using his mobile browser . floating menu, floating ad cart, floating menu etc. just look exactly like the app
