eSports fantasy gaming app

I'm looking for someone to help me create an eSports fantasy gaming app that's available on both iOS and Android. I have some ideas of what I want the app to look like, but will need help developing brand assets. The main feature I need my app to include is tournaments, however i will also need a payment gateway as there will be real money involved and a good admin panel from where I can manage and create tournaments accordingly , there has to be a poin system which will be track from real live scores
