1> login to firebase using phone number and OTP
2> update active / inactive status to firebase realtime database
3> if active update latitude longitude at specific interval of 5 minutes to firebase realtime database
4> if active detect change on specific key in firebase realtime database flash notification on screen
5> application should run on android 8 and above
6> anpplication ahould be able to do all task in when app is in background and when app is closed (just like whatsapp notification)
7> application should autostart on phone startup (just like whatsapp)
