develop mobile application for sales in food industry

I need a professional freelancer with a good history of developing mobile applications on android/IOS to design a mobile application with the following criteria;
* Creating / logging in for customers with mobile no and setting account summary (welcome message, total bonus points in his/her account)
* buying cart (adding all purchased items and showing the total cost for the purchase).
* Publishing numerous food items for sale.
* Each item has a description below, price and availability (available or sold out).
* I need 5 major categories (meat, chicken, ...etc)
* Develop a bonus point for every purchase to be added to the customer account with a certain percentage to be added to the bonus points.
* items to be purchased by bonus points as "free of charge" in a separate section.
