develop a mobile app

I'm looking to develop a mobile app that runs on both iOS and Android platforms. The primary function of this app will be vehicle tracking (Mobile GPS), with a simple and minimalist design. This app will allow you to monitor the location of a vehicle - or selection of vehicles - and see their information in real-time. It should also be able to generate reports on the vehicle's activities. I'm looking for a professional and experienced developer who can make my vision a reality.
