1) Login
Sales person will get authenticated to use this application. so salespeople first have to login into the app then only they can use the system.
2) Dispatch Process
Here the Salesperson will scan the Proforma Bar code using a mobile scanner so it will show the details of the invoice. After that, we provide a button in the details list of the proforma invoice. Details will help the salesperson to identify which invoice he/she is dispatching.
Then a mobile scanner will appear and by scanning our boxes system will auto dispatch the boxes from the system. On completion of the dispatch invoice will be generated automatically.
3) Inward Process
Our Sales Person will scan the EXPORT invoice Bar code so it will take them to the inward process in the application. Salesperson will scan the RACK BAR CODE and then they will scan the BOXES so it will store the box to that scanned rack. so all the stock will be inwarded using the same process.
