2. collects the accelerometer based readings
3. takes out the max value of acceleration
4. based on a threshold value that I will provide later rates the tremor as follows:
5. high value represents severe tremor mid-value represents mild tremor and the low value represents low tremor rating
6. further classify the tremor as follow: some accleration value of tremor represents PT(Parkinson's tremor) when the patient is at rest position otherwise ET.(essential tremor)
7. call a caretaker option on the user interface of the tremor app.
