create service provider android app with partner app and user app

I am looking to develop a service provider android app that caters to providing home services. The app will have a partner and user app and low user interaction within the app. This Home Services app will have specific design and feature requirements as per my specification. The user should be able to access information about the services and the type of services offered. Low user interaction will be present within the app. In order to ensure usability and effective performance of the app, thorough testing should be conducted and quality assurance checks should be performed periodically.
