For this project you will need to program BOTH android and ios apps that are exactly the same based from the attached pdf. The attached pdf outlines the app, and I will supply you with the graphics files that are scale-able. There needs to be a user create account and login system, so I need to also know the best approach to host the user account service. Please refer to the pdf below and we will discuss more for the exact functionality of the app and I can provide a detailed outline for functions and instructions for functions.
