convert apk file to aab format without using android studio ( reverse eng.)

I used to use apk easy tool to decompile the apk and then reskin the code then recompile it again and publish it on google play store but Starting August 2021, Google Play required all new apps to be submitted as Android App Bundles (AAB) ,and i didn't find any tool to use. so can any one convert apk to aab and signing it.
