completing a partially built android app

An android app is partially developed (about 85%). We are looking for someone to complete it. Bidder must be a solo developer, preferably working from home, and available in extended hours. Estimated effort for this task is 4-5 hours for any skilled android developer. Specs of the app is attached, however, the missing part is the invoice/receipt/pay form only.
Source code built with Android Studio/Java.
we are looking to complete this on immediate basis as this app is overdue.
