E commerce mobile app

I am looking to hire a freelancer for the development of an e-commerce mobile app that will be developed for Android. The app will be used to sell physical products to consumers. I am open to suggestions regarding design and layout, although I do have some ideas already established. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated history of developing quality mobile apps and have an understanding of the e-commerce industry.
