I'm seeking an experienced Android developer to upgrade our existing WebView/Wrapper e-commerce mobile app to comply with Google Play Console 2025 policies. The app currently has slow loading times.

Key tasks include:
- Integrating a secure payment gateway
- Adding push notifications
- Implementing a user login system
- Ensuring all website pages are accessible within the app
