car timetable app using any no code app

I'm looking for a freelancer to develop a car timetable app using any no-code app for Android. The app needs to have GPS tracking as the key feature, and should be able to stand alone without needing integration with any existing systems or databases. The app should be user friendly and offer an easy way for customers to stay updated on their car arrivals. It should also provide notifications to both customers and staff about delays and any other relevant information.
