build a mobile software for me

It is for farmers and I have developed UI for it. In this application farmers are going to get the location of closed warehouse according to there crop type. Also as they don't know the price they will get in the trading , we want to make one price prediction model based on historical data which will give them some idea about crops to negotiate. Also want to make a chat interface so that we can connect farmers to farmers and traders to traders. Also this is a college project we are going to use hypothetical data to test its market value
