build an app

Create an app that is a metronome, but has a unique twist that I will describe to you after being hired. It has to have a sleek modern design, function properly, requires visual representation of the movements of a metronome, allow the user to change beats per minute and the ability to play sounds that correlate with beats, as well as the ability to choose the time signature and option to play one sound for the1 beat and a different sound for other beats.
