build me android and ios -- 2

I have a App It is uberlike app. I need the following customizations.

1- I need to add another 2 languages. Greek and Russian
2- I need the driver to be able to charge customer's credit card. Now rider has to press button from his app to p ay.
3- I will need the total amount to be rounded to the upper integer. ie if it is 5.43 to be 6.00
The app name is allcy in Cyprus, and it is now on Android and iOS markets
