build me an android app from scratch

i'm looking for an android app designer and developer for developing an app "MVP". It is a healthcare app which is used to avoid the standing in queues in front of hospitals. let's , patient=pt doctors=dt when a pt book an onilne appointment he will be alloted a token number and a digital Q IS made which shows number of people in Q( who is currently consulting, who's done and where is your position) as in the fig 1 of PDF(in attach files). "HOW DOES IT WORKS": when any one open this app for first then he has two options "dt" or"pt" as shown in fig 2 if he/she selects pt then home screen with search option is shown as fig 3. when pt search for dt(by dt's name(or)his hospital's name(or) by his speciality) then dt's list is given to the pt from database as in fig 4 . If pt clicks on any where on profile of dt then complete data of that dt will be shown as in fig 5 and if pt clicks on book appointment then payment process is done after that his token is added in Q and live Q status is shown graphically in queue screen as in fig 1. "UI ON DOCTOR'S SIDE": dt has to register as in fig 6 then we should ask the dt how many number of clinical session's he perform in a day and then he has to enter the time for each of that session as in fig 7 and then home screen is open with an option of start bookings for session 1,2,3 ETC. And let's say if dt selected the 1st option then booking for that perticular session should be start . then live Q is shown with an update of addind new tokens and at bottom there is button with text "START SESSION AFTER 1 HOUR" (this is to avoid confussion for token no1 that when to arrive) and when dt selects that option then text should change to downward counting of 1hour and a popup mgs should given to all memebers in the Q(MSG= "consultation will start in 1 hour"). after complition of 1 hour text should change to "start" By clicking on start first token should indicated as consulting and text should change from "START" to "NEXT" now by clicking on next the next token should come up as an indication of consulting as in fig 8 and this update should shown in Q to all Q memebers . there are some situtaion where this app may not work accuratly. we can solve that with some pop up notifications we will discuss about them during programming . TECHNOLOGY STACK: use java or kotlin for back end ui ux can be done in android studio or i'ts your choise firebase free version for server hosting .
