build a android app for wedding guest book

i want to build a simple app that is downloaded on a Microsoft surface and that tablet is connected to a large screen, guest can choose to leave a signed message or a picture or both or a video, the app will use surface tablet camera or external camera, to take videos and pictures, the app needs to have customizable themes, where the user can choose from preferable 5-6 designs, where the design of the buttons and the background change the user can upload the image of the groom and bride and the app can incorporate them in the design, finally after all the images and photos are done its saved on files on the device each file will contain one guest photo, note, video, the guest types the name and then he has access to the menu, also the guest will choose after he enters the name, is he form the bride side or groom side, and to its optional to leave his email so he can have a replay sent to him, after this he gets to the main menu which he can choose to leave a message as explained before
