bug in plugin and has affected user to login both admin and front end

there is bug in a plugin which has affected users and admin to be able to login both in back end and front end.
kindly resolve the bug so users and admin can login. the current solution is by disabling the plugin, and by disabling the plugin, the android and ios react native app would stop working again. so kindly read the codes and find the solution
