beacon-an online charity and sponsorship app

I'm looking to develop an online charity and sponsorship app with an Android interface. I have documents and references that I can provide for the project, and I need the app to be detailed with step-by-step instructions. Ideally, I want the app to be easy to use and allow people to be able to quickly donate to specific charities and connect with sponsors. It should also be able to track donations and sponsors for future records. It needs to be streamlined and user-friendly.

1. Login/sign up page as organization, sponsor or funder. Sign up requests are sent to the admin and accepted/rejected by the admin.
2. Profile page for organization that displays the Organization's name, address, contact details, number of members(all 4 visible to all), details such as name, age, type (student/elderly), education details, health details, sponsor details (if being sponsored)and amount of expenditure so far of members in the organization(all editable by the organization) and the details(name, address, contact) of sponsors and funders related to the organization.
3. Profile for sponsor/funder that displays the name, address, contact details(all 3 visible to all, editable by the person) and the organization's details(name, address, contact, amount paid so far, usage of money[entered by the organization]) or the beneficiary's details(name, age, type, educational details, heath details, amount spent so far, usage of paid money[entered by the organization]).
4. Prompt for the sponsor/funder to request details of members of an organization. Requests are approved/rejected by the organization that controls the access to the member's details of an organization.
5. Prompt for the organization, funder/sponsor to report each other to the admin in case of any violation to the guidelines(inconvenience in payment or usage of the money). Admin reviews the reports, contacts the persons involved and resolves the case.
Prompt for organization, funder/sponsor to request for the deletion of their or the member's details(by the organization) account to the admin. Admin reviews, accept/reject the request from organization that inform the funder/sponsor related to the organization about the deletion and the account will be deleted within 3 days. Admin reviews, accept/reject the request from funder/sponsor that inform the organization related to the them about the deletion and the account will be deleted within 3 days.
