auction app

I am looking to develop an English and Arabic auction app, with a specific list of features and functions I have in mind. Although this project is time-sensitive, I am open to flexible options for its completion. With this project, I am hoping to bridge the gap between English and Arabic users, by creating an app that both language groups will be able to use and interactively engage with. It should be user friendly, interactive, and intuitive. I am looking for a creative and experienced developer to bring this idea to life.
