An app that can make transaction, book hotel, book ride an so on related to travel

I am looking to create an app that can make transactions, book hotels, and book rides related to travel. The app should be developed for both iOS and Android platforms. Some of the key features I am looking for are transaction capabilities, hotel booking, and ride booking. I am not sure what technology stack I should use for the app development.
