app to take order over the phone/tablet

I am looking for a developer to create an app that will allow me to take orders over the phone or tablet. The app should be developed for both iOS and Android. The primary purpose of the app is to take orders for both delivery and pickup and send them to an email after. I do not require the app to integrate with any existing ordering or payment systems.

I have already an XL sheet that ready to go (with all the options and products, just need to convert it to an app and maybe add pictures.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience developing apps for both iOS and Android
- Knowledge of creating order taking apps
- Ability to incorporate email functionality within the app
