app integrating a paint function and shirt printing

I'm looking to create a mobile app that will integrate a paint function and shirt printing capabilities. It would need to be available on both the iOS and Android platforms. For the paint function, one of the key features I'm looking for is the ability to select colors. As far as the shirt printing process, I'm open to suggestions and recommendations.
