- Delivery Process.
1. Costumer makes an order by the app.
2. Establishment accept the order, that will be a restaurant, grocery store, drugs stores, etc. The establishment has an option to put an estimated time that the will be ready to pick up.
3. The delivery person receives the order: Receive a notification about the order in process. The delivery person has the possibility of pick up more than one order, this according to the rout delivery person has with the estimated time that the establishment give. When the delivery person picks up the order, this generate an alert on phone costumer to know that his or her order is on the way.
4. Order’s delivery. The process ends, when costumer receives the order.
5. Also see the option for transporting people, but that would be a separate service but with "mototaxis"
6. The option of being able to upload reviews of the stores with photos
