An app to create a to do list and send reminder for the tasks -- 2

I'm looking for an Android developer to create a customizable reminder app. I want the app must have following functions :-

1. User can login the app using mobile number or gmail id.
2. User must be able to save its daily/weekly/monthly or do once tasks as to do list for the day and at the specific time of the day.
3. When the day starts user can check the day's to do tasks as list and time must be mentioned in front of each task.
4. User can also set the frequency of tasks like alarm....once, daily,weekly, monthly or on some specific days
5. User must get the reminder for the task at the given time as notification popup with sound/ alarm.
6. When a reminder is popped up...user must have the option to set task as complete, delete, postpone or change the frequency.
7. User must be able to edit tasks in to do list anytime.
8. User can see the list of completed tasks and postponed tasks and must be able to edit them or change their frequency.
9. User can also see the history of its tasks/ to do list for past 6 months duration.
10. There are one/two other small functions required but I will disclose only to the person whom project will be awarded.

Developer Requirements:-
Proficiency in Android app development
Experience with notification systems
Ability to implement customizable user settings
Preference will be given to the developer who can communicate in Hindi so that there is nothing lost in the translation.
Developer must give all rights of the application to Aventa Infotech Private Limited after completion. That means after delivering the project developer cant use the app in any other way or with any other institution.
Additional support might be required for playstore so please be ready for that.
