app android and ios for woocommerce website

I need an app android & ios for my woocommerce website. App should be just the frontend, the database needs to be the woocommerce one. Yes you can do a webapp using flutter but the result needs to look professional.
A result that looks more or less like an instance of AppMySite is fine. Nothing extra fancy, but as said before the app needs to look professional, so we will insist on details too.
I need it in 15 days at most, we will work in milestones, 15 when starting, 25 when there will be a working prototype, 20 when app is finished and the final payment (40%) will be released only when the app will be published on both stores. website is portofrutta dot com.
