android weather based location app

hello i want android developer that write for me code for my app without taking any code from the net! without using internet and copy paste !

Also i want demo video.
The splash screen should have "Jennifer and Helena" names and the logo(anything) and the name of the app : WeatherVue.
Firestore i can do it and give you access by your email if you want.
And there i a PowerPoint when you finish fill it for me regarding to what you did.
