android development with WS connection

I currently have an android application, however it is already obsolete and was generated a few years ago, we have made some changes but it has reached the limit, we need to modernize and generate a new application.
It is designed in Java through Eclipse, our application connects through WebService Soap, and we want you to continue connecting through the same means, the application works for Android 5.0 up to the current version of Android.
