VR android app for live calls

I want to have a user wear the vr headset/android phone phone mounted to the headset and be taken to a 3d environment. He should be able to communicate via sound to the other user. The other user should be live streamed into the 3d world using a front facing camera and green screen filter through gmeet or zoom. He need not see the first users image.
