android app can backup internal contact to database

i need this app for the real reason. some one got my money and he doesn't give back my money. So i need to get all contact numbers in his phone and backup that data to the database, so I can use that data to find that person, to ask many people that know him.
can you help me please to make that app.. i need cheap price because this is for personal use..for me
