Android app with admin panel on web l: You will have to develop an Android app for Booking Marriage Palaces online.
Source code will be our property.
If you can develop this app within 15 days with beckend on firebase then only then apply for it.
There will be three panels.
Customer panel
Partner panel
Admin panel
On customer panel, you will have to display marriage, party halls, photographers, decoration vendor, catering vendor, etc. with price list, discount display, discount coupon apply, feedback and rating infront of all vendors profiles, location on google map, add to cart and buy now button infront of all profile.
Otp and email authentication on customer and partner profiles.
One mobile number and email i.d can be used only once for signup.
Customer can post feedback and rating after making payment of any service, customer should have the option to request for his order cancellation, customer can ask for refund.
Customer can see partner's location on map through Google Map Api.
Customer can bargain price by making his offer infront of displayed price by partners.
Customer can view all their activities on their customer dashboard.
Customer should have the option to add filter according to their budget, location, occasion, gender, preference and save it.
After that app should send him notifications according to that only.
Customer or admin can only remove feedback or rating given on partner profile.
On partner panel, there should be below features.
Partner can create their account by valid email i.d and mobile number only.
After login into their account, partner should see these options.
Upload photos of their marriage palace, restaurant.
Create their food menu.
Create a list of other services like catering, decoration, bar, rooms etc. with their price and quantity.
There should be an option to place bid on customer's requirements.
Whenever any customer will post their requirements, a notification will be sent to marriage palaces on that pincode. Then marriage palaces will post their bid on those requirements.
There should be an option for marriage palace to publish their available, booked slots also.
If customer has any problem with any marriage palaces then there should be a form of customer support also. Customer will select the reason available on customer support page and will type their problem against marriage palace and submit. Then a ticket number will be generated and it will be highlighted on partner panel to review that complaint and post their response on that complaint. Same will be highlighted at admin panel also. And admin will respond to that complaint if marriage palace doesn't respond to that complaint within 48 hours.
For admin panel, there should be below features.
Admin should be able to see all the activities happening on customer panel and marriage palace panel.
Admin can block or unblock or suspend any buyer or marriage palace.
Admin will release the payment to marriage palace.
Admin will be able to see the sales between any specific dates, last week, last month etc. admin will be able to reset password for any of the user.
