admob Error

I released my app and after one week I got a mail that it is violating "Site Behavior: Navigation" Policy. I have updated my app ten times and request for rereview but I am keep on getting same violation.

I have added proper padding on bottom banner adds. I am not getting what exactly is violating this policy. Please help me out. I am really getting hopeless now.
