C# X-acf-sensor-data Header Generator Creation

I'm looking for a C# developer who can create a generator for valid X-acf-sensor-data 6 version headers for both iOS and Android. The headers should be compatible with those generated by a typical iOS/Android app.
Key requirements:
- The generator should support both iOS and Android header generation.
- It should be able to produce headers that match the specifications of example headers I can provide.
- Delivery can be in the form of a standalone application or a library for integration into an existing project; I have no preference.
